Colleges Promotions Request Form

The Undergraduate Colleges provide students with weekly updates on College and campus events, programs, and opportunities through weekly newsletters and social media posts. To request information be added to these outreach efforts, submit your information by Thursday at noon the week prior to any event.

Due to the limited space in our weekly newsletter and our social feeds, we are not able to accommodate every request. Content published is at the discretion of each College with priority given to College programs. Only UC San Diego campus departments, College groups and organizations, and CSI-registered student organizations may submit their announcement for consideration. Please note, not every College utilizes the same social platforms.
