Transfer Student Programs & Services

At the Undergraduate Colleges, we encourage students to take the lead in navigating their own transfer paths by providing information, resources, and learning opportunities through transfer related activities.  Just like the Colleges, every transfer student is unique - this is why we provide both College-wide and College-specific programming, opportunities, organizations, and leadership opportunities.

Transfer Year Experience

Transfer Year Experience courses are designed to help you develop connections with faculty, staff, resources, continuing students from your College and your College cohort. We believe that building these relationships, becoming familiar with college programs and getting involved on campus will help you to make the most of your undergraduate experience.

In-person campus events will be held in accordance with current campus event guidelines.  Our first priority is the health and safety of our students, faculty, staff and visitors. Please visit the UC San Diego current campus status page on the Return to Learn website for updates and current event protocols.
